Nicaragua Segovia (Fair Trade Certified): Very warm,
ingratiating full city roast with a smooth, slightly nutty finish.
From one of the original Fair Trade/Organic cooperatives.
El Salvador Santa Isabel Pulped Natural: An unusual naturally
processed coffee from El Salvador in a vienna roast. Rich and
chocolatey smooth with a slight smoke and cherries finish. An
excellent single origin espresso. One of the nicest Centrals!
Guatemalan Huehuetenango: From the El Injerto estate
in Huehuetenango (way—way—ten-ango is the way-way
to go-go!). A full city roast with loads of body and chocolate
and spice notes.
Panama Panamaria: A masterfully understated coffee. Buttery
smooth full city roast with vanilla and hazelnut notes and a
long raspberry finish.
INDONESIA
Sulawesi Toraja: From the Toraja region of the former
Dutch Colony of Celebes in Indonesia. A French roast that is
naturally low acid and full-bodied. Sumatran lovers look here!
Flores Bajawa: Grown in the the Bajawa highlands on the
tiny Indonesian island of Flores. Naturally low in acid, medium
body, with a focused rich, nutty finish.
Sumatra Gayoland (Fair Trade Certified): The definition
of full-bodied coffee. While maintaining the traditional earthy,
herbal notes that Sumatran coffee is famous for our offering
is a little sweeter and cleaner in the cup due to its processing
at one of the worlds premier Fair Trade/Organic mills.
AFRICA
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe: Perhaps the coffee world’s
most distinct cup. Floral and citrus notes with a rich, delicate,
multi-layered acidity and medium body. A very nice, light full
city roast.
BLENDS
Creektown Blend: House blend for Walla Walla's Creektown
Cafe. One of our favorite blends combines coffees from Ethiopia,
Guatemala, and Indonesia in a medium full city roast with chocolate
and blueberry notes.
Old School Blend: The middle of the road between medium
and dark roast. A trio of the finest Central and South American
coffees all contributes to this sweet and slightly smoky stock
vienna roast blend.
Merchants LTD. Blend: House coffee for the original coffee
house (est. 1976) in downtown Walla Walla. A mélange
of light and french roasted South and Central American coffees.
The best of both worlds.
Red Sea Blend: From the botanical birthplace of coffee
comes this powerhouse of East African acidity. Extremely exotic
blend of coffees from Yemen and Ethiopia in a middle of the
road vienna roast.
Main St. Blend: Commemorative blend for Walla Walla’s
national award winning Main Street. Combines coffees from Kenya,
Ethiopia, Guatemala, and India in an exotic vienna roast. Full
bodied with citrus and spice. $1 per LB sold will be donated
to the Walla Walla Downtown Foundation for their work in helping
to revitalize the heart of our community.
Dunham Cellars Blend: Proprietary blend and collaborative
project with Walla Walla winemaker Eric Dunham. We started with
a base of Guatemalan and Sumatran coffees and rounded it out
with some of the finest and most exotic coffees from Ethiopia
and India. A variation on the world's oldest blend, the Mokha
Java---the result is a densely layered cup with chocolate and
berried notes in a medium vienna roast.
Liberty Blend (Fair Trade Certified): In memoriam of
the landmark Liberty Theatre, Main Street, Walla Walla. Our
blend of Central American and Indonesian coffees makes for an
exceptionally smooth French roast. Medium body and acidity,
a little bit of smoke, and loads of caramel.
Harvest Blend: 95 degrees in the shade. Our darkest french
roast combines coffees from Indonesia, South America, and high
grown Centrals to produce a big, roasty cup!
Holiday Blend: A burly blend of coffees from Central
America, India, and Indonesia to help stave off the winter bluster.
The inclusion of monsooned coffees from India gives this vienna
roast backbone and some funk. Perfect for a holiday season cold
winter's morning.
CAMBODIA PROJECT SPECIAL BLENDS
Ratanakiri Blend: A slightly exotic vienna roast with
coffees from Cambodia, Ethiopia, Guatemala and India (monsooned
Malabar). $1 per LB sold will be donated to American Assistance
for Cambodia for their wonderful work with the Ratanakiri Project.

Corky’s Blend: Custom blend for the founder and
tireless supporter of Ratanakiri coffee. Corky White is Professor
of Anthropology at Boston University. She studied the history
of Japanese coffee consumption and in the process became acquainted
with this project and is working to realize it. A dark french
roast, excellent for filter drip, french press,
or the traditional Cambodian Iced Coffee. $1 per LB sold will
be donated to American Assistance for Cambodia for their wonderful
work with the Ratanakiri Project. (Seasonal Availability)
KRISTA FOUNDATION BENEFIT PROJECT
Global Citizen Blend (Fair Trade Certified): Complex,
yet easy-drinking vienna roast featuring Ethiopian, Sumatran,
and Guatemalan coffees. Natural sweetness with subtle chocolate
and berry notes. $1 per LB sold donated to the Krista Foundation
for Global Citizenship.
Global Citizen Decaf: Decaf version of the world’s
oldest coffee blend. A vienna roast which combines Ethiopian
Mokha with Java Estate coffee to produce this smooth and slightly
chocolaty cup. $1 per LB sold donated to the Krista Foundation
for Global Citizenship.
Global Citizen Single Origin of the Month: A rotating single
origin…experience the coffees of the world. $1.00 per
pound donated to the Krista Foundation for Global Citizenship.
DECAFFEINATED COFFEES
Decaf Mokha Java: Decaf version of the world’s
oldest coffee blend. A vienna roast which combines Ethiopian
Mokha with Java Estate coffee to produce this smooth and naturally
chocolatey cup.
Decaf Guatemala Huehuetenango: A unique Mexican water
process decaf (more robust and more varietal clarity than other
water processes) gives this classic Central American full city
roast a sweet and full bodied cup.
Decaf Sulawesi: Another Mexican water process decaf retains
the solid backbone and syrupy smoothness of our vienna roast
offering from the Indonesian island of Sulawesi.
Haf-Caf Mokha Java: a 50/50 vienna roast blend of traditional
and decaffeinated coffees from Ethiopia and Indonesia for those
looking for decreased caffeine content.
